A note for international customers: Mr Hyde is not responsible for any customs duties or fees assessed to your order. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are offering expedited domestic shipping through UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout Please note shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside of our control.
Orders ship from our tannery within three business day from when the order is processed. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following week. During high volume periods, like a sale, the processing time may increase. For domestic orders, USPS delivers shipments in 3-6 business days. For international orders, USPS shipments may take up to 15-21 business days.
If you are in the USA and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!
A note for international customers: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and Mr Hyde is not responsible for any fees or tariffs.
Return & Refund Policy
We take our customers order very seriously here at Mr Hyde and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, your orders are not everything you had hoped for please email us at support@mrhyde.in and a real human with a great big heart will straighten things out. We want you to love Mr Hyde as much as we do so we handle each return with care.
Domestic orders:
We happily accept the return of unused and undamaged products for a full refund, less the original shipping fees, in the form of the original payment.
International orders:
We also happily accept the return of unused and undamaged goods and will refund your entire order less the original shipping fees.
We ship far and wide and we’re pretty proud of that. However, we are not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country’s individual customs agency. Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
